The city of downey has championed residential causes in the past they were one of the first to inact curb-side recycling...congratulations to a city that is trying to be responsive to their residents needs by being inovative in their thinking and proactive in dealing with their traffic problems... also they have published emails connected to their city so they stay in touch with their residents and are accountable for their actions.....I wish OTHER cities especially lakewood would follow their honorable example !!!!
