Lock them up and throw away the key. Phone privileges? You must be kidding.

In order to eliminate this kind of gang violence, illegal immigrants must be deported. Until voters get servious about holding politicians accountable for enforcing our laws, crime will proliferate. Want to be a crime buster? Don't vote for a Lowenthal ever!

It amazes me, that people still don't learn the dangers of joining gangs! Every day you have young people who think it's cool; to be 'jumped' into or 'sexed'(a more kinder word!),into the gang life-style. Always looking over your shoulders, always in fear of your 'real' families safety, in and out of jail, no education, no job, no 'nothing'.Both of these 'fools',will die in prison! No more grand-kids for their parents, no more family outings, no more good times! It will be the same for them...always looking over their shoulders, always in fear of their own safety...and complete separation! They will be in different prisons, and will never see each other ever again! Never to see your own brother ever again...wow! You two 'boys',really f**ked-up, and sitting in your cell at night, you'll think back, and wonder, how did it all go so wrong?

Why didn't they get the death penalty?
Were they here legally?

Phone priveleges and visits? Get the eff outta here! Why do you need to use the phone so bad?
Probably so they can try to arrange to have witnesses harassed/killed.

And did I read correctly that one brother threatened the other after the verdict was read? Nice show of brotherly solidarity.

I don't see how immigration plays a part in all this, but to each their own odd comment.

About these two geniuses of society, the only way they'd get the death penalty if it was pre-meditated, they'd have to prove that, i'm sure they tried and failed, plus let's get real, do you really think these idiots can plot anything.

I am glad this guys are getting what they deserve, this are stupid kids that think been in gang makes them a better men, they think they're all that but once they are by themselve they are pussy cats. This kids could have better life but they choose to be gang members, they'll end up in prison, cripple or death.

Should have brought the death penalty on both of them instead. Sigh.
