Knabe says stimulus funds are key to jobs in LA County

Employing stimulus funding to create nearly 8,000 temporary jobs and supporting millions in infrastructure projects in the Greater Long Beach and South Bay area are key to combating the county's double-digit unemployment rate, Los Angeles County Board Supervisor Don Knabe said Wednesday.

Why in the world would the GOP nominate a scatter brain outsider like Meg Whitman, when they could nominate a real LEADER like DON KNABE in 2010. I say, it's time to start a MOVEMENT to DRAFT DON KNABE as GOVERNOR!

Knabe's is an LA County pol. As such he is a sick joke on the citizens of LA County. Look around.

City, County and State Union members are being spared the horrors faced by the rest of us.
