An 18-year-old woman who was fatally struck by a freight train on the Union Pacific tracks in west suburban Lombard on Saturday night was standing on the tracks when she was hit, according to police.

PLEASE family and friends you must come together and be their for the rest of the family and CHILDREN (the friends to Kendra and kristen and the family ) this has to end please watch your children safley talk to them HOLD THEM listen to them be a PARENT to them. We need more bridges for trains to run on. The government for once could help by hiring a lot of people for this. Trains do nothing but cause traffic jams and lately worse. Meanwhile, my condolences to the family of this latest victim.
