That idiot had brain damage before he zapped himself. There is a point where people can't be responsible for the stupidity of others.

A high school student should know the dangers of electricity without a teacher having to tell them.
Maybe if they had been concentrating on the subject instead of prank this would not have happened.

Why on earth would a teacher have to worry about something like that? If the kid is stupid enough to put a electrical plug in on his nipple he obviously already had brain damage. Teachers teach education, parents teach common sense. This teacher should have no worries. The parents on the other hand should be very worried.

What a blockhead. I agree with Rick 12345 that there is a point where people can't be responsible for the stupidity of others.Like suing fast food rest. for being fat.No one puts a gun to these peoples heads to eat wrong, or in this case do the nipple zap.

Why should my school taxes go up to cover some lawsuit because some kid wants to be a goof.

Yes he won, and that just goes to show you how the justice system works! Do something stupid to show off to your friends and get over 100 thousand dollars in restitution! Meanwhile the teacher lost his job and the kid goes on being an immature boy....lesson learned by him....none!

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
