Wow o Wow, I wish we were both rich. No unfortunately, all Democrats are not rich. And all Republicans are not rich. But you have to agree, if given the same number of Democrats to Republicans, The Republicans will have the most rich people within that party. *** A long time ago, when I was still a teen, there were mottos out there for Democrats and Republicans. *** The Democrats are always for the poor person. The Republicans are for hanging onto their money and a missile in every back yard. *** What some people do though, is even though they are Democrats at heart, they register as Republicans to fool their neighbors, their friends and some members of their own family, hoping that everyone would portray them as wealthy individuals. *** I am sure you may know a few of these characters yourself. They should not be out there, but they do exist and for this purpose. Some may even think that some richness will somehow rub onto them through some hopeful miracle. *** If a friend of that person were to go into the house belonging to this wrongly registered voter, they may come soon to realize this person should be a Democrat. *** Like i said, there are some Democrats that will register as Republicans so they can appear rich. *** I know this particular character that lived in a public housing project. She not only lived in this type of subsidized housing, she received state assistance and food stamps. With this type of living accomodations, you would think she was a life-long Democrat. But she is one of these "switchers" that changed herself from a Democrat to a Republican, because she wanted everyone that knew her, to think she has loads of money. Those that know where she lives, she wants those people to think, she's hiding all hre assets.

Sorry to interrupt here with the actual facts, but in the state of Georgia, when you register to vote, you do not select party affiliation as one might do in other states. In other words, in the state of Georgia, there is no such thing as a registered Republican.

Thanks for the touch of reality. I cant help it that this man and his wife boasts of being Democrats, but (in their own words), have registered Republicans. Perhaps what they mean, they always vote as Democrats, but they tell everyone they are Republicans.

Don't look now because your husband is doing his wife. How is that for a touch of reality? Susan wrote: Thanks for the touch of reality. Oh I registered but there was no box to check and on voting day (primary) me and my hubby got to pick which party, right then! I of course am a nutty liberal or so some would say because regardless how fiscally conservative I am, I am not not nutty right-wing over social issues that don't affect me whatsoever. I get at least 2 letters from the Romney campaign a week because I voted pub in the primaries so I could throw my hat in for Ron Paul. Like those gazillionaires need my money... puh-leaze.

After the posts I make, do you honesly think I care enough about what people think that I would change my ID? Seriously? If you are referring to my intellect as a 20 watt bulb, partner, you have no idea whom you are dealing with. lol You need to crawl back under your Section 8 rock.
