Ummmmmmmm, you missed the day in Civics class where the teacher talked about the repeal process didn't you? Congress and the president can repeal any law they want, regardless of what the SC says. You are the typical Obama voter, clueless about the basic workings of government. All you know is "Hope and Change."

Looks to me as if Roberts is a so called conservative in name only. Just another wolf in sheep clothing. He also shows that he is a poor judge and actually changed the governments arguments for them so that they might win. He was also responsible for the poor Arizona decision 2 days ago. Obama said this health care act was not a tax. Roberts says it is, so Obama wins. How is President Obama going to deny that being forced to buy health insurance is not a tax now?

And thank you, liberals, for $500 billion more in taxes. Just how do you think this is going to be funded? You libs are as dumb as rocks. Sorry, Lew, but you will be screwed and not kissed just like everyone else.

How do you think this is going to be funded? I'm sure you have that figured out, right? The tax is going to fall squarely on the middle class. Guess what, white woman. If you don't get insurance, your IRS refund will get garnisheed. Do you honesly think this is going to help you? Seriously? You have NO idea what you are supporting. You are incredibly uninformed and you'll get what you deserve. You government dependents are dismal failures in the game of life. That is the only way to explain your jubilation at such a financially devastating mandate. Please explain how this will be funded.

I bet Robert's has been waiting in the closet for years now just to spring the hidden Progressive agenda on the American people when the right time finally showed itself.

Hey, Lew. The Supreme Court made a ruling as far as the constitutionality NOT whether it's a good idea or not. There IS a difference, you know. I guess it doesn't matter to you that Obama has lied all along in regard to this being a tax, huh? It's going to be ugly, Lew. REAL ugly. Wait and see.

My post from previous conversation:

This is so sad. My husband said he seen on the news where they called a family making $ 88,000 a year was considered "poverty" but yet they want us to pay $ 660.00 a month for our health care premiums? We already pay near that now for "family" coverage which is a crock anyways because with "family" coverage with ONE child we pay the same premiums as someone with ten children and I think that is WRONG! I know how to fix healthcare, do some investigating of all these women who have children with men and when they need us taxpayers to foot the bill they "don't know" who the babies daddy is but yet they shack up with them instead of getting married because they would lose all their benefits (food stamps, Medicaid, free child care ETC.) I had a lady that took her kids to the doctor all the time tell me that she took them because it was FREE I could've punched her and I'm a very nice person:) I think if you have children with a man that your not married to and you live together you should be treated the same way as a married couple, I don't qualify for any help because we work and are married even though I was layed off from my job for a year. This country could be doing a whole lot better financially if people (the government) would do their jobs instead of just handing out all my tax dollars! And if you don't believe what I said about doing their jobs just try calling them (the IRS etc) and see how long it takes you:)

Sorry for all the ranting but healthcare really hits a nerve:)

As I posted in another thread, I think it's beyond the comprehension level of most people to understand what really happened yesterday.

I noticed Lew didn't have much to say except to thank the conservatives. Perhaps he sees the handwriting on the wall. I hope so.

1. I'm not sure if he gets it or not.

2. Even if he did, he wouldn't admit it...
