Whoa, Horsie! Carousel Tour Stops In Pottstown

The horsie lovers are here! Or at least they will be, sometime Thursday , as an estimated 200 members of the National Carousel Association travel across Sanatoga and through the borough to see construction now in progress for the Carousel At Pottstown , 30 W. King St., Pottstown PA .
