People who shove socks under the bed (or shopping carts beside their cars to keep someone from parking in the next parking spot) complain about these things. Oh my goodness, they're holding my quarter hostage until I do the adult thing and put up my shopping cart. How DARE they? :) hahahahaha!!!!:)

It was at aldi in Chicago also so it's not only save a lot doing it

All of those lazy people would start walking a few feet to put the carts in the corral. Maybe then, Wal-mart would be willing to invest in some new carts.

This is one of many systems that need to be put in place to make people do what a damn adult should be doing in the first damn place! I always, ALWAYS return my cart to the rack when I'm done. I would also like to see restaurants start implementing a policy of no children under say 5 years old allowed in since another issue people seem to have so much damn trouble with is when their child starts crying and screaming they wont take their kid outside! Cause really, I mean, there's nothing I love more than taking a lady on date to a nice place to hear a screambox the whole f@ckin time!
