Bear Creek Enterprises (Small Engines)

Just want to give anyone who is looking to rent somewhere a HEADS UP. Do NOT to rent from the people at Bear Creek Enterprises out the Willicoochee Hwy!!! They will screw you out of your 500.00 deposit! You have to sign a rental agreement and they do NOT abide by this!!!! Once you are in there, they change it up on you! IF you are desperate and decide to rent from them....you better make a list of EVERY little thing wrong with the place when you move in because YOU will pay for it when you leave if not. I am going to file a small claim against them so maybe this won't happen to the next good people that rent from the money hungry stealing bastards!!!

Bear Creek Small Engines has been a rip off scam since he opened in 01. I have worked for him and have known people who have worked for him and they all say the same things. I worked for him when he first opened in 01 and learnt in a very short time how he was. I suggest that you stay away from him or any of his ventures.

you must not be from around here heads up, everyone who has been in douglas any time knows to stay far away from that guy and any thing he has/does. you will get screwed any way you deal with this guy ;)

His shitty gready attitude is why he went out of business so fast, who gets the last laugh.
