We have a 4 brdm home with a 27 foot pool with deck out in the country with 5 acres of hunting land. very few neighbors it sets by itself. I'm not sure the exact year of the home but somewhere around 2004 2005 ish. Large master bedroom. Could possible put up a wall in the middle and make 2 rooms or if u have a baby would be perfect for sharing with he/she. For owning 80,000. And for rent $625./ mnth ... I know that's a little steep but it isn't paid for yet and that's how much we pay a month. If interested please let me know but serious only please.

$625 is a very good deal for a house with a pool and not steep at all. People that can pay that rent will take care of your house.

well we pay more then that for a mobile home rent is going up every where....but if it is a house thats def a good deal

No its not in the douglas paper. This is the 1st time we've advertised it. If u guys could send me and email 1st it would make it easier instead of having to remember all the different ones. I could just reply to urs. And its out on the new forest hwy. And I said home but I see that I need to specify. It is a large double wide. We bought it brand new off the lot. Only one family has lived in it. A family of 5. Its still in good shape. . . Send me an email
