I know sometimes le have their reasons for withholding information that could hinder the investigation. Has the DNA been archived in the national database CODIS? That way if the killer ever strikes again, and leaves his DNA it can be matched.

Tracie's dad was a police officer at Dothan, Alabama. His name was Robert (Bob) Hawlett. He was also died back in 1987.
