Obviously he did something that the child involved or their parents decided was wrong. They don't press charges for hugs. Plus, he's a creep, always has been. I'm surprised he hasn't been caught before now.

well i hate to burst your bubble he is charged with mollestation and sexual misconduct it is far from a rumor check missouri casenet. The former Prosecuting attorney called him a predator in the making. looks like it is becoming more true everyday.

I looked up the charges that are filed and obviously he was doing something with an adult woman and the kid saw them... in the dark of night with no light? C'mon that's practically impossible.

alot of these posts sound "personal" to me, whether he did it or not, I dont know, but i do know he has never been able to catch a break in this town, his mother does enable him, I will agree, but that doesnt necessarily make him a monster he is made out to be

Obviously, he isn't just "made out" to be a monster. He's charged with , basically, being one. I'm sorry for his mother, but thankfully maybe the courts will put a predator where he belongs.
