unprofessional customer service at the village

I went by the Village today to pay my water bill. not only do they have u form a line around a corner, its very disorganize. Those workers should be sent back to training. And theres one Bitch in there that works every1 nerves, with the pontail that wears the plastci gloves, shes a hot mess and really need some more training. I say if they don't appreciate their jobs give it sto someone who will. Those bitches are very nasty.

I to was in the Village today, that chick that wears those plastic gloves should not be working in anyones customer service position. There was a lady there today speaking about here bill and this chick was very rude. The lady did walk off and call her a unprofessional Bitch!

Next time get her name and go to board meeting and tell mayor and trustees. Call her out by name....when more and more people do this, action will be taken....no action will be taken by posting to a forum.

She's probably related to the mayor or one of the trustees. Or one of them is banging her.
