people using on ramps can we use deadly force for our safety

Here’s the deal when I am using an onramp to get on the freeway there always seems to be a person who goes up the on ramp and tries to merge into traffic at around 35 to 50 mph. freeway traffic is going around 65 to 75 mph. and the following are facts.
Onramps are considered acceleration lanes which means you must accelerate to a speed where you can merge into traffic with out impeding the flow of the freeway traffic. that means even if you must travel faster than the posted speed limit .

With that said do i have a right to push someone off the road if I feel my life is being put in intimate danger because then are going 25 mph slower than the flow of traffic and cause a vehicle on the freeway to slam on there brake on rear end me or forced to the shoulder because I am being forced into not being able to merge into to traffic safely. do to the driver in front of me.

please tell me why or why not.

It would be nice if you could, it would be great if each state was more criticle on driving tests at the DMV's. Personally, I wish that it were legal to shoot out the stereos of people that feel they must roll down all their windows of their vehicle and play their music so loud it covers up the TV sound, funny that they think everyone else enjoys the same music they listen to.

Anti-correct your an idiot. Onramps aren't an acceleration lane... at no time does the law allow you to go faster than the speed limit. Where did you get your liscense? Walmart? Onramps have whats called an implied yield where you slow to the speed of traffic to merge or not, the oncoming traffic has the right of way even if in your lane blocking your merge. Faster than the speed limit??? what a retard...jeeesshhhh..

I find proposing to kill someone because they fail to use an on ramp properly absurd. Perhaps you should turn in your license. Drivers already use deadly force it is called " Road Rage " and is a very serious problem for law enforcement. Drive carefully and let law enforcement deal with bad drivers. Your right the on ramps are there so you can accelerate and merge with traffic, but that traffic has the right of way.

If people going too slow on the on ramp for you makes you want to physically harm someone, perhaps you are the one with issues. Why don't you gently hit your brakes and use the extra couple of seconds to appreciate the beautiful day or the fact that you are even physically able to drive a car? WELLL when i have a vechial up my a.s.s day after day cause i try and be nice of the driver going to slow merging onto the freeway in front of me makes me think. how they are putting me in to imminent danger i dont want to die cause an idiot dont knoww the laws. f.u.c.k. it k.i.l.l. them 1 less person to worry about we are over populated anyways. im trying to find a loop hole to push some one out of my way so i dont die. im sure no one else wants to die cause of a stupid friver
