I'm trying to fine out anything about my biological family history. I was born 1961 to Quentin James Anton and Marcille Watt Anton. I have heard that the Anton family was well known in the community during the 40, 50 ??? I have also heard that they lost the respect of the community and there was murder involved? Can someone please ask around. Surely some of the older folks know something about the Anton family. I was adopted at the age of 3 and had a very happy loving childhood. Now I'm approaching 50 and I'm just curious about the Anton family.

I know a few people I could ask...if you are refering to minneola, bloom or dodge city...I will let you know as soon as I find out anything

sorry I didn't see the previous post until now, I will still as around, you never know, my husbands family has been in Dodge for 5 generations, they know a lot of people...

i was curious about the antons also, i remember hearing the story when i was very young, and asked my dad just the other day about it....he couldnt remember all the details, other than they was tormented and harrassed before their murder by someone unknown, and it still isnt solved. i dont know them,just that little bit of the story. you need to locate someone in ensign,(maybe their library, or something like that, or just a old farmer)
