News story from Sept 19, said Daivd W Fraire was arrested in San Luis Obispo.
Here it is: FAIRFIELD (BCN) Two more suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of a Vallejo man whose body was found in a field near Dixon last year, the Solano County Sheriff's Office said this afternoon. David W. Fraire, 36, of Vallejo was arrested for murder and torture at the California Men's Colony in San Luis Obispo and Sandra L. Smith, 41, of Vallejo was arrested by Vallejo police today for being an accessory, sheriff's Lt. Gary Faulkner said. Further information on the arrests was not available. There are now five suspects in custody. Three others who were arrested this week for the murder are Orlando Madueno, 21, and Aronulfo Hernandez, 33, both of Vallejo and Brian Duvauchelle, 36, of Fairfield. They are scheduled to appear in Solano County Superior Court Oct. 8 to set a trial date. Two additional suspects in the murder of 50-year-old Ricky Vincent Meyi are still at large, Faulkner said. Patrocino Hernandez, 20, of Vallejo and Anthony Thomas Richard, 33, of Richmond are wanted for murder and torture. Richard has possibly fled to Reno, Nev., Faulkner said. Hernandez is 5 feet 8 inches, 200 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes, Faulkner said. Richard is 5 feet 7 inches, 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has "NORTE" tattooed on his chest and "RVLXIV" and "RVWXIV" tattooed on his head, Faulkner said. All seven suspects were indicted by a Solano County grand jury last month. Meyi's body was found by a man on horseback in a field near state Highway 113 between Dixon and Rio Vista on Jan. 13,2008. He was last seen in Vallejo on Jan. 2. Faulkner would not disclose how Meyi was killed and said the murder is still under investigation. |
