He's right, just look at Canada , prescription meds are sold over the counter yet no one buys oxy's . Here in the us ppl spend billions a year on them. Open your eyes you nazi dictators.

another thing... marijuana is unlike alcohol in that the second hand smoke can affect others by putting them under the influence as in DUI.

..like we need more drunk drivers on the road. unwilling participants mind you.

I can agree to the use of marijuana if users will abide by the rule to only use it at home. but otherwise, no can do.

Wrong.
MJ is psychologically addictive, not physically like the other drugs.
Also MJ does not increase healthcosts in a significant extent, rather it is an excuse for the gov. to regulate higher tax rates to the user.
And MJ does not inhibit driving abilities unless they are OD'd or highly exhausted prior to the drug.

Legalize it. Don't criticize it.

Yes and it is so good to run your gas on hemp! cheaper, Non Polluted .And their has been a Car that can ride on hemp ! But the goverment will not approve anything good for you:(

Wikipedia is not a serious reference. I live near Amsterdam and I can assure you that drugs is not a problem there. The Netherlands is the country having the less pot smokers in the world, both among the youth and the olders. If you really worry for the kids then inform yourself: you will see that the kids are the first victims of prohibition. Once a drug is illegal, kids become the persistent targets of the dealers who not only drug them but criminalize them for the long run. Also, there are no evidences that marijuana impairs driving. Studies shows that young smokers does not dare to drive (too much paranoid for that), and old smokers succeed better the driving test than sober people. If we follow your logic, cannabis should be obligatory for drivers!
