well maybe that is how you hunt, but I hunt with a traditional recurve bow, I wear blue jeans and sweat shirt and a coat if it's cold or the weather is bad. No tree stand or blind.
I look for deer trail in the wood, look for rubs and scrapes, poo and I check the farmers almanac for moon and rut phases. I look for oak trees and hedge apple trees because deer love to eat both and there are alot of those here. I look for bed down areas in tall grass, or hoof prints near watering spots.
I walk into the woods at about 3 a.m. and I wait the break of dawn listening to the sounds around me.
If I see a deer in the distance I will try to flank and stalk it until I can get a good clean shot.
I do not use a gun, scope, 4 wheeler, camo, or any of that bullsh1t. if I find an old structure or fallen tree i will use that as a blind.
and as far as deer estrus scent goes. your womans menstral pee does the same thing.
after killing the deer or tree rat or rabbit(yes i hunt tree rat and bunny with a bow too). i dress it out and drag it out to my waiting SUV.

There is ways to eat soy and organic. The game warden should be the one to control the population of wild game. Hunting is senseless and harmful to the animals. No one should live by the gun. Please just consider the better options. Like not hunting and planting your food.

I grow my food and what I can not grow I kill to eat it, like chicken, cows, pigs, deer, and fish. I only kill what I will eat and it helps with the population of the wildlife.... That's why that hunting and fishing is legal and that's why farming is legal as well....

It's already legal to hunt and any thing further must be a restriction of some kind. So I vote no.

Wildlife Pro wrote: <quoted text> Hunting is the #1 (number one) management tool for controlling wild animal (natural resource) populations. Take that management tool away and you will see how ethical hunting is. We have diseases in white-tail deer such as EHD or blue tongue which greatly affect populations, but those populations become more viable than before the disease hits within 2-3 years. Your argument/opinion holds no ground on something you know nothing about. And yes, I hold a Bachelors Degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Science. Years ago, the pinheads in Washington put the American alligator on the endangered list, which put a stop to hunting of it. Completely un-controlled they came back with a vengeance. Now FL is up to their asses in alligators. But! You still can't hunt'em. What Government takes away, they never give back.

hillbilly wrote: <quoted text>this is a amendment on the Tn. Constitution giving you a right to hunt..dont think the state has bought up thousands of acres in the last couple years for nothing do you,,first law, gave you right to carry gun in state parks, next step right to hunt,,third step will be tn,will allowing hunting on state land,,for a fee..its common in most states. My concern is why do we need an amendment to walk down the street. We already have that right, Every law we write is turned on it's ear by some nut job animal rights activist.
