My name is Richard Foland and I attend Clear Creek High School. I'm historian for a organization called Best Buddies. High school students are paired with students who have a intellectual disability and we create one-to-one friendships. Our chapter has over 36 pairs! We are having our first Rock For Friendship this Saturday from 5:00pm-9:00pm at Clear Lake Park! We are expecting over 300+ guest! This event is for ALL ages! 5$ student tickets and 10$ adult tickets. There will be Rock bands from CCISD, FISD and DPISD preforming to show there talent! We will also have Buddy Speakers go on stage and talk. This event has taken so much time and planning and I would love for our people and community to see what we have been doing! All proceeds are going to Best Buddies Texas to help open new chapters!
