As alilcurious says "he's got little man syndrome." I agree with you. He did mislead many and let then down. Why is it that he did this? He resigned just after a half a year and took a police job??? There has got to be more to the story!! Just seems really questionable. What hidden motives did he have when he ran for council? He definitely mislead the community!!
