I know one is needed to build one... but to tear it down?

any alteration to a property that will positively or negatively effect the appraised value of the property must have a permit issued by the CITY - only in the city limits...outside city limits you can do whatever you want...and if the property is old enough, better call DNR or someone b/c if asbestos material is present proper precautions for removal and disposal must be taken or you can get in a world of trouble
