Why was Bart Smith arrested for sexual misconduct.

I figured something would come up on Topix. I want to clear this up before it even gets started:

....there were/are no cameras in places they shouldn't be. That would be completely inappropriate and terrible morals/ethics in my business venture and my life.

DEXTER, MO (KFVS)- A 34-year-old man is facing sexual misconduct charges after an incident at a Dexter business on Thursday.

Police say Bart W. Smith, 34, of Dexter, was arrested on a warrant for second degree sexual misconduct.

Bond for Smith was set at $75,000 cash and documents show that he bonded out.

According to a probable cause statement, the 18-year old-victim told Dexter police that Bart Smith, a manager at Fitness Connection, exposed himself to her as she was exercising on Thursday.

Court documents show Smith asked the woman sexually related questions, pulled down his pants and preformed a sex act on himself.

The woman told police that's when she left the business.

According to the probable cause statement, Smith then allegedly sent the female texts offering free services from the business

The news report didn't mention video but IF he sent her texts....he's screwed!!

Actually him being on the road has nothing to do with what happened to her. You don't know you haven't been there. I've seen the text messages and the cops HAVE THE SURVIELLENCE!
