Using a cell phone while driving and especially texting messages while driving surely impairs your ability to concentrate and your natural reflexes in event of any type of condition. I see more and more cell phone users--cutting corners while turning and not paying attention to driving. "There oughta be a law" --NO CELL PHONE USE OF ANY KIND WHILE DRIVING.
