reagan Ortonville, MI	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Aug 15, 2012 There's no reason this judge cannot go beyond the guidelines and deliver a much more harsh sentence. It's been proven several times that "persons" that abuse, torture, or kill animals, usually turn into abusers, defilers, beaters, and/or murders of other persons. All it takes it precedence and fortitude to alter sentencing guidelines. Obviously something very wrong with someone that could such an atrocious act. After voting ends, contact your Reps & Sens, please, something needs to be done
