Why are they even out?

It is getting so any one who has anything, including jaywalking tickets, on their record will HAVE TO live a complete life of crime just to survive!

The majority of ice cream trucks out there are run by illegal aliens, mostly in the inner city and inland empire. Illegals use these just like taco trucks because it's a way of making money without having to be legal. Back in either the 1980's or 90's one of the networks did a report on illegals selling popsicle they were secretly making out of their house, using the bathtub as a big mixing bowl.

To really get rid of illegal aliens, please contact write, e-mail, fax or phone your government officials and tell them to vote for or discharge "The S.A.V.E. Act" (The Secure America Through Verification and Enforcement Act - bill H.R. 4088). In states like Arizona and Oklahoma where this has been voted in, illegals are leaving the state and country big time, because they can no longer find work. DON'T JUST COMPLAIN TO EACH OTHER. Why would anyone believe letting sex offenders drive a child magnet like an ice cream truck should be exceptable. Why not just wrap the child in fancy paper with a bow and give them to the sex offender. Cut out the middle man i.e. ice cream truck.
