No blight in Cherry Valley? Visit Dr. Ball, get new glasses, then drive around again. You call it "quaint", the rest of think it's "blight". Falling down buildings aren't quaint.
Why don't you open your great little record gazette up and check out the beaumont police reports and foreclosure notices for your own neck of the woods- now, how many of those police reports and lost homes related to cherry valley? I'd rather have an old barn falling down than all the gangbangers you have, and ZZ top wannabees who represent a water district where no one even knows what "higher learning" is. How much is your home worth? Try topping 2.6 million up here buddy- must be all the rusty cars in my yard- they must have increased the value of my property. Oh- Dr. Ball went to college has two kids in private universities, what university did you attend? Oh yea thats right- Chuck Butcher U.

<quoted text>Yes You are correct, but a few Cherry Valley home owners would like to have sewers but they have to fight the selfish, rude, CVAN group. Did you know they have made over 450 K on law suits that they say are for Cherry Valley? I didnt get my share did anybody else? it would be nice about now tax time. So yes we should STAND UP and tell CVAN to get lost!!! The Five YEAR plan just run out!!!
Hello Mr. Lash! I see you!! Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!

It WILL be nice to see “Crappy Valley” cleaned up by the redevelopment agency. It’s an eye sore and an environmental nightmare. I bet most of the rednecks in “Crappy Valley” still think it’s ok to smoke and drink while you are pregnant. These red neck CVAN and Crappy Valley water polluters should be ashamed. It's all about money with these people. They don't want to pay to clean up THEIR mess. It’s time to stand up and save our water supply before it’s too late. BRING ON THE SEWERS AND CLEAN UP CRAPPY VALLEY!!!!
You sound as if you grew up in the very rural south, and you can't possibly have any degree in higher learning. I suggest you see a therapist to deal with all your hate and anger, for you sound unbalanced and might be posing a threat to people around you. I'm sure the police would be interested in your posting if there is any kind of vandalism or personal attacks on any Cherry Valley citizen.

If we want your help, Mr. Ashley, we will ask for it. Stop the political games, and move on to the million other projects that do need your attention.

We have to change because outsiders need something to do? I live in Cherry Valley because it was the nicest place around here in dirt filled Southern California, and I came from Alta Loma!! Try and clean up Beaumont, down by 6th street, where we are scared to be after dark.

dr. ball is an elected official. while his commitment to being religious is admirable, it has no place in an elected public office.
Mr. Stull claims that Mr. Ashley has washed his hands of Cherry Valley because of the bickering. I guess we will continue to live with the blight, and it IS blight. if you cared about property values, you would probably remove the bathroom fixtures and broken cars from your front yard voluntarily.
We need these things in our yards- so we can stand on them and look down at Beaumont- AND YOU!!Hows the weather down there, and the crime, vandalism, and gangers??

Yea- WE NEED Walmarts- best place to buy cheap plastic crap from China. only white trash likes that stuff- the rest of us realize it marks our neighborhood as a lower class place to live. Tract homes are everywhere- ant farms for the human stain. I'm so sorry we are happy with our acres and estates in the hills, but just go away and take your redevelopment back to Fontana. We now have gangs and shootings at the high school thanks to all the new people who want redevelopment.
