Jeff has always been "mental" , He's so lucky this is Illinois, he should be executed. I don't remember his Dad but his Mom and Older Brother were a goofs too. Enough with the liberalism, not everyone can be rehabed. Jeff needs to be in prison for life or executed.
Shame on the Des Plaines Police Department for dropping the ball on this the 1st time around. "His story sounded credible ?" Des Plaines PD must have politically appointed cops and gutless supervisors in their detective unit too.
