Teen charged with plotting Columbine-type attack on Monroe-Woodbury High School

A 15-year-old boy from Monroe is being held in a psychiatric hospital on charges that he stored bottles of gasoline, makeshift fuses, a torch, a machete and three tanks of propane as he plotted to attack former fellow students at Monroe-Woodbury High School, police said Tuesday.
