I think that it is ridiclious that this woman is even getting the chance to challenge her conviction after she has purposely slayed three adults and two children. I believe this is whats wrong with our justice system today, I mean what does she expect? To get something less than the death sentence or life in prison? The saying goes, "An eye for an eye," or in this case I guess I should say, "An eye for five eyes." This woman does not deserve to challenge her petition, however she's doing a good job of proving that she's crazy by thinking she does.
