It's the woman responsibility to protect herself from a pregnancy. men only care about having a good time, sex for them it's like a game, but for a woman it's a big burden on her shoulders and it's for life... So protect yourself...!

I'm sure more will come out.They did not charge him without some evidence.They are probably waiting for the autopsy report, however the Doctors at the hospital probably told them something

LOL @BPTGal!!!! Im sure him and his inmate groom would try to have a baby. This story is so heartbreaking and unfortunately won't be the last. Certain individuals should not be able to reproduce. A poor innocent baby is now gone thanks to her idiot of a father. If the judge orderd him to stay away from her why was the mother in contact with him? She should be charged too.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this on tv this morning. I want to know what a 3 month old BABY did that was so horrible that he had to kill her. Was he trying to sleep and she was crying, babies cry. If he couldn't take it he should have left. There was no reason to take a innocent baby's life, NO REASON. He deserves everything that's coming to him.

From reading the article I'm thinking maybe he didn't hit her-since they did a toxicology test I'm thinking maybe he had some drugs and she swallowed them.
