Democrats and liberals are destroying the country with their free thinking ways. They don't know what's best for them. It will take strong willed and morally based people to show them what's best for them. Imagine, liberals have them nerve to think that people need social programs like welfare and medical help. If you want a job or better job, then get one. If you want to make more money, then do it.

What it appears ( I may be wrong) you are making fun of, used to be the American way. It was demeaning and embarrassing for most people to have to take what they had not earned.
Most charity given to people in the past was done in "secret" so as not to embarass them. They were expected to , and did so , pay it back (or pay forward) in some way when they got on their feet.
The only people that I have ever seen, first hand , that want to follow the liberal path , are those that are capable but not willing to take care of themselves.

I have had people come to me to "repay" something to me and it had been so long that I could barely remember what I did for them. But they remembered .I always tell them that if they do the same for someone else , then they have payed me back.

There are a lot of people like them and me. But I am still , and always be against socialism and socialist programs.

Do something good for someone today. I have, and it feels great.

You should be ashamed of taking things you dont pay for. Libs are theives. Dems are gone to liberals. Republicans must save the country. Dope must disapear. Urine tests for all takers of welfare.

I was making fun of the way some conservatives say it but I meant it. Yes, sometimes somebody needs help to get one their feet. But an able body person should work for what they want and need and to take care of their family. I was recently out of work for a couple of months and relied one family. And although I am grateful for everything, my conscience wouldn't let me be lazy and not work for a living. Not sure how some do it.

From the title of the thread -- my question:

Explain how the Republicans are going to "save" America. I want specifics, not generalities and wishful thinking. I want to see a plan.

Kick everyone off "welfare"?
Ignore "green" solutions?
Keep the 1% secure?
Spend billions on negative campaign ads?
(at least the media will benefit)
Force everyone to be "Christian"?
Ban all media except Fox News?

When you have figured it out let me know.

Here are a few of my suggestions:

Make Senators and Congressmen/women live by the same rules as the rest of us and use the same health care and retirement (SS) benefits as we have to use.

Don't start any wars that you don't have an exit plan for.

Instead of contributing to every worldwide disaster how about helping much more those people here who are victims of disaster through no fault of their own.

Companies that send US jobs overseas should have to pay heavy import taxes on those products that come back.

Give some reasons why you think obama will win. Is it because freeloaders outnumber workers? Where do you think money comes from? Non-working liabilities or hard working assets?

I understand how and where the money comes from. But the more the far right republicans talk about cutting people off who need help the most the more people realize that the republican party is about their pocket books first and the well being of others second, third or fourth. i mean if you think about more and more people are falling from the middle class not because they don't have jobs but because they don't make much of anything at those jobs. I don't agree with everything Obama does and I could even vote for Mittens if he gets the nom. But think about it the first guy is super rich, flip flopper and rather timid. The second guy can't seem to get the part about family values. The last guy thinks contraception should be illegal, but when women can't get contraception and keeps having babies she can't afford who is going to foot the bill. A majority of Americans are still very compassionate people the republican party how ever has very little or no compassion.

The churches have compassion and things for needy people. In America you should be able to earn money and keep it. Income taxation is fair but only to a certain percent. There should be a flat tax on income so it would be fair.

I agree with much of your post. However, I am not certain why you brought up Christianity. Is it your view that a Democrat cannot be a Christian? Who is our history as a nation has forced anyone to become a Christian? There is a lower pencentage of Christians in our nation than at any point in history. I don't think anyone has been "forced" to become a Christian (if this is even possible).

Do some research and reading about what our government is there for - what it is supposed to do for the people - and report back to us. What you won't find in your research is that it is to micromanage the citizens and their affairs. Citizens are responsible for themselves.

What is there to research my point is that more in-compassionate the right becomes the more they look like a bunch of rich white guys who want to help there little club and who want to leave everyone else out to dry.

Explain why you have the opinion that the right is not compassionate. You most likely would consider me to be on the right and I have plenty of compassion.

Explain what you mean by this. If I belong to a club and want to help that club what objection do you have? While I am helping the club, what obligation do I have to "help everyone else?"

You have no obligation to help anyone. However, when the nation goes to the polls they also don't have to vote for the people that are in a club they don't belong too.

The only reason Blobama won the last election is because every pot-head in America believed that he was gonna legalize marijuana, which didn't happen. Ironically, that is the only issue I agree with that idiot on...it would have been awesome, but there's more to leading a country than the right to smoke grass.

You are correct - that is the democratic process. I haven't seen saying otherwise. BTW, you did not answer my questions.

Republicans have not only lost touch with the United States Of America during the last four years they have lost touch with Objective Reality (Obviously a Liberal Conspiracy Like Science and History...)
The reason you dont have a coherant Candidate is because the Right has degenerated into a giant incoherant hot-air bag of paranoia ,fear and resentment.
Republican Candidates merely reflect the clueless looney state of 'Conservatism' in 2012 which is why the Republican primaries have been like a bad over-long SNL skit.
I dont have any sympathy for the mainstream GOP they have made a career of exploiting and inciting the ignorant and un-balanced every election cycle now the Idiot Halt and Lame that make up their base(not unlike the rank and file of Paris Texas)have grabbed the wheel and of course are going to take it over the High-Side on the first curve.
In this case that would be the 2012 Presidential election.
Suck it up and stop whining:Obama is going to be the President for four more years.
And after the House's Anti American Obstructionism of our Recovery in the name of their Ideological Cult I hope those new Repub freshmen havent gotten too comfy in Washington DC come 2014.

Daily Horoscope for June 1

Sagittarius

You're in a highly emotional state today, Archers, but what you want may not be what others are after. Jupiter is out of favor, so don't be tempted to insist that you get your own way, or that you are somehow a special case. Work in harmony with loved ones, and all will be well.
