Yipee! We have our own forum now! The title says it all with the word missing in quotations! LOL I don't know of anyone that seriously believes that she was kidnapped and held against her will. If it turned out to be true there would be a bunch of us that fell over dead from shock!!! LOL I think her own family thinks she made it up or they would be defending her on the forums and they wouldn't feel the need to get her that fancy lawyer!

I cant imagine what it is that has kept her out of jail...I still go back to my thoughts that upon being released from "kidnappers" I want to see my babies and my hubby (unless I tried to have him killed) Does her family in mustang have money? really I just do not get it

I read a comment from at least one of her relatives that they have "connections" with law enforcement. I got the idea that they had California law people in the family who at the very least had connections with Oklahoma law people (they may have actually been insinuating that they have Oklahoma law people, but I don't remember and I'm not going back to read through the forums at this time). They indicated that they could pull some strings to get the search on better for Michelle. Wonder if they are pulling strings to get the heat off Michelle???

Yes. It was reported on one of the forums that she has had contact with the children over the phone and at least one time about a week or two ago she came down with her friend to see the children in the presence of their father while the friend waited in the truck. It is probably just as well for them psychologically to see her and know that she is not harmed or dead even if they really can't have a normal relationship with her. I keep praying for them. It has to be hard on them.

looks like it went to court (divorce). Anybody know the outcome?

looks like mr. scarpitti pled not guilty and already paid off the one charge... does that mean he will not be charged with the robbery/shooting?

I looked in the OCIS counties and he appears to be married since 2004. I wonder if he and his wife are going to patch things up after this affair or if she will divorce him???
