Isn't it illegal to operate a business in Denham Springs without a occupational license?
It's been reported again and again.
Still after 11 years of operation and never sitting down to fill out a sales tax report, making big money and the state and parish is loosing revenue.
Who is responsible?

If it's a brick and morter and they sell to people within the DS city limits, yes. If it's an online or mail order business, no. Either way,the business must register with the state to report income tax from those sales.
