More and more vehicles that do not legally qualify to be operated in city streets are making it onto the roadways while the cops just sit by and watch them cruise down the street.
It will all climax when one of these guys on a riding mower gets plastered by a car then it's going to be on the cops all day long. It is a shame that has to happen to get riding mowers and other illegal vehicles off of city streets. |
