Why Do Criminals Not Go To Jail?

Last night Chad Adkins hit Freddie Dean upside his head and didn't even go to jail. The Sheriff's came and got Chad, but never took him to jail. Personally, I think they went joy riding then brought him back. There is no justice for anyone in Mingo County if you aren't on the Volunteer Fire Department.The Adkins' do wrong, but it seems to be ok with the law. That is so unjust. Poor Freddie had to go back to the hospital today. That man doesn't bother anybody. Chad, the devil is in you.

He (don't know him) probably gives them good head or gives them drugs. It's kind of a toss up at this point, I would imagine.

Freddie is such a humble, good hearted man. So sorry to hear that he was hurt in such a violent manner. What a shame!!!

Not only did he attack an innocent elderly man with an axe handle that he hit him with twice for no reason, he also pulled a gun on him. It was recorded by the 911 dispatcher and to beat it all, Chad was the one who told the dispatcher that he pulled the gun on Freddie then layed it down in his garage before the law got there. Chad has fought with just about everyone in Upper Bias since the day him & his family moved there. It's time that something be done to him before someone ends up getting killed. He has even gone so far as to make his 3 children jump on a 9 year old little girl while she was walking past their house to another neighbors house. Then his wife had their oldest daughter shoot the 9 year old girl with a bb gun twice. Once again, if something isn't done to them soon someone is going to end up getting hurt bad if not killed.

Has Cahd been indicted yet for this crime?

don't know. But have a feelin it stems from childhood friendship or their family is into politics. Look at all the murderers there in the area who are out n about chewing more pills up. A little scuffle is only the tip of the iceberg.

I totally agree with yu on this one. I am afraid that someone is going to end up getting killed because idiots like this run amuck and don't have to pay for the crimes they commit. What a shame!!
