How can a Christian support the Democratic Party?

This is a sincere question for all you gun owning, Bible believing, anti-abortion Democrats:

How can you possibly support the Democratic Party?

Sure they were the party your old grandfather supported, but that was back in the days before Obama and before they were advocates of gay marraige.

Bottom line: If you're against abortion and in support of the Democratic Party don't you think that you just might have some baby blood on your hands when you stand before the God of Heaven on judgement day?

I moved away from Delbarton, WV and each time I go back I stand in awe at how you people continue to vote and defend till death the very same people are opposed to every single thing you believe in.

By in large you:
Are opposed to "gun control" yet you support whichever guy has a (D) beside his name.

Are oppsed to all forms of abortion yet you support whichever guy has a (D) beside his name.

Are opposed to gay marriage yet you support whichever guy has a (D) beside his name.

Are opposed to banning coal mining yet you support whichever guy has a (D) beside his name.

It just simply doesn't make sense to me.

I love my hometown and hate to see the war on coal, but it's your own fault for supporting whichever guy has a (D) beside his name.

Not that I'm saying that Republicans are God's gift to the world, but I certainly think that it would pay for you guys to start looking at other things rather than which guy has a (D) beside his name.

Thank you for posting this intelligent post. I was thinking of the same thing! Seems some people only like the Democrat status rather than investigating the real issues the Democrat party stand for.

If you're the typical Southern West Virginia voter, there's no doubt why your economy is such crap.

Do the entire nation a favor and don't ever vote again.

In my mind Reagan was the best we every had our county was respected and most of the people had jobs.
