Ive got some family and friends that does it... But I dont think its right, It is cruel. I dont think anything or anybody would wanna be cut and stabbed to death, those spurs can go deep, its a bloody mess... 4 real. I dont agree with that, or dog fighting eaither...Both of them is f#cked up, I agree with (No Way) You wanna entertain yourself and friends.... Then go get a couple box cutteres or screwdrivers and start swinging : )

When chickens start paying tax's then maybe they will have rights. Myself I'm getting sick of others telling me what I can and cant do in our country. Heck a few more can and cant do's we mighnt as well be in a communist country.

I think it should b legal due to the fact every man or woman who raises chickens love there animals. Cockfighting is not about the fight its about the breeding and maintance of a family. We already watch humans on tv beat each other to crap and end up with brain damage of some sort that could b life ending. Everyone that don't feel the same don't know the lord and what they r put on this earth for. Just lazy people with money that have never saw a cockfight just lie on the sofa and watch soapoperas with the mini dogs that cant protect u form a bobcat. Cockfighting world has it many ups. Have ever thought fossil fuel in which the chicken could and would contribute to in next 20 or 30 years. Gas oil etc. comes from the ground. We're takein all the out the ground and puttin nothin back in da ground to make fuel. We as people need to focus about life and the future. ...don't try to make it sound like cockfighting is a good thing, first of all if you love something you don't force it to fight, you try to protect it, you sound like your from the back woods with no education , cockfighting is illegal for a reason it's cruel to animals, people aren't forced to fight to the death like roosters for idiots entertainment and a few extra bucks, get a new type of entertainment, and I was raised on a farm, so I do think i know what hard work is, but i was also taught right from wrong, and your wrong.

When I was in college I went to a cockfight and saw how much they loved their chickens. Save it buddy. Tying razors to chickens legs and letting them stab each other, then pouring gasoline on the losers to bury them isn't love

Wether anyone is watching them or not they will fight to the death as soon as they see each other period. Also the only reason cockfighting is illegal nowdays is we have lost our rural values to city folk who have nothing better to do. It's one of the oldest sports known. Theres alot more to it and you know it. They dole out hormones, starve them to make them aggressive etc. My ex-brother in law was a fighter. He finally got religion and did the right thing and gave it up.

Aren't these birds natural fighters?
