He had to know something was going on with his wife and money.
Two words why this guy walked - Dave Yost.
Are you kidding Yost is famous for over-indicting and under-prosecuting. He only uses the power of the office for political purposes or to grab a headline. He sucks big time. |
Yeah,I wonder how all that worked out knowing a lie detectoe test can not be admitted into court anyway. |
Plenty of ppl have no idea of what their spouse/significant other does behind their back...that is the whole point of doing it behind their back, and making up terrific lies to justify questions that arise.
I wonder how many cancer hoaxes have went unnoticed. |
but 790 thousand ,behind your back i cant see it if he didnt know then what did she do with the money ....hey honey good hamburger helper for dinner ...whatcha got there a new rolex come on you dont hide that much spending behind your husbands back.
why dont we do this with all crime wouldnt it save alot of money ....oh yeah i forgot a lie detector isnt 100 percent ...never mind.
Aint that the truth. |
With that kind of money, he could afford an expensive lawyer...see how it works.
think about 790k =8 years prison time =95kper year thats pretty good money
Didn't he wonder ehre the 800,000 dollars come from??? He is either dumber than a rock, or lying,
LOL
I bet he didn't spend A DIME of the $$ |
lol ...they will never see the $ back so they may as well kiss it goodbye.
I think heavy doses of valium were involved for the lie detector test.
Valium doses, for Yost or the Perp?
I can see how he didn't know, if there is an addiction issue with his wife. I know, you don't see the money coming in and you don't see it going out. Hundreds of dollars in a day is nothing to spend on drugs. I've seen it first hand. Or should I say haven't seen it. We all need to open our eyes and be more cautious of changes in our significant others moods, attitudes, and sicknesses (withdrawals).
Whuich is it 17, Yost or th perp?
if you read the other storys on this ...there at the bottom of the page...you will see that they have 6 kids ,so i dont see how mom or dad could be on drugs and the other spouse not know that there leaving there kids with a spouse that is on drugs...also you will see his mom and dad also were getting money for them ,and that it came to light that it was a scam when people would see him and say he didnt look sick .so my question is ...how does he say he didnt know ,and why in the world would the delaware court system allow this to not go to a jury.part of the wifes sentence is to pay the money back ,where is the money .why is it so hard to just ask basic questions ...where is the money what did you spend it on .and where in the law books does it say that this can be done when someone is charged with a felony.the lawyer he had said that it couldnt be proved that he knew but wouldnt it be the same if someone sold you a brand new car for 100 dollars .you dont know that its been stolen but you as a competent person should know its been stolen.

Hoorah for the defense lawyer. They kicked Yost's ass with the piss-poor indictment and deal with the lie detector.
Yost would plug the thing into his anal orifice and swear he was queen of the May to get a headline |
Yes he may have passed a lie dectector test but if you look at the article it doesnt say anything about him saying he didnt i know.. iwould say he did know and admited to knowing but i would say he said something like his life was in danger like she threatened him if he wouldnt go along with it.. he was guilty by association but i would say yost and the other attornys went over the lie dector questions and agreed on them before he took the test and they knew how to word the questions so he would pass... i would say he admitted to going along but for sever reasons.. because you guys are right of course he knew what was going on.. i went to the auction they had for their things.. and let me tell you it was name brand nice.. incrediable nice beatiful things... he knew what was going on and he got the benifiets.. i dont care what u say he must of had a good attorny because if you were smart he would of went to the police and turned his wife in.. he got really lucky...
