Hey Joe, the subStandard had an article eventually ...
But what they aren't saying is how there were two drunk teenage girls, one of them jumped and broke her back. She was also on cocaine.
Now it's been ruled "arson" and I cannot help but wonder how many hundreds of thousands the druggies are going to sue the homeowners' insurance for? And of course, we'll end up footing the bill by the way of taxes and other sanctions imposed by the "health care industry."

hey sea turtle...you are 100% correct....i am waiting for the same scene to take place at soooo many of our local bar rooms in town...with conveinent rooms or apartments located on the second floor....so many of our "low life bars" are doing more than serving booze...but they continue to operate...i wonder WHY?????

hey sea turtle...right on.....ya know there are many local "low life bars" in town with conveinent apts on the 2 floor...when will we have another scene of coke jumpers from these places....ya know ...so many bars serve minors and nothing is being done about it....i have spoken to many people who have called the local drug hotline....nothing gets done...WHY?????

i have talked to so many folks who have called the drug tip hotline and ....they tell me it's a waste of time...nothing gets done....why????

Joe, sorry for my delayed response. I have a life outside the internet ;)

I don't know why nothing gets done, but I can imagine the cops being involved in the drug trade, which would make sense why they only ever arrest the small fry, even in their "big drug busts."
I am not a drinker, but I believe what you say about the bars dealing in heavier stuff - it makes sense.
So if the drug task force won't do anything, what are our other options?
