Hello, I have a situation a could use some advice on: I was recently recipient to several ID bannings, post removals, and IP bans but have now got my act in order so to speak. I am no longer violating TOS and am only posting issue - oriented content but I have a
specific group of Troll Stalkers that continue to seek me out and harass me and it's been an ongoing things for a couple years now. One in particular is even abusing the Topix Reporting System for further harass me and cyber bully me. I have not replied to him now instigated anything with him but his harassment continues unimpeded despite my several pleas via the Report Abuse system. I was involved in a legal case where someone became obsessed with me and started stalking me at my home and eventually an armed confrontation at ny home occurred. He was convicted of Stalking and Terroristic Threatening and the Judge issued a No Contact Order which specifically named Topix as a place this person was to not seek me out or direct anything towards. I believe this to be the person still displaying insanely deranged harassment of me still on this site. Is there any advice or helpful suggestions as to what I can do? I am trying to abide by TOS and be respectful and civil but this is an ongoing harassing situation this person directs at me and seems to now even be using this site itself to persecute me further.

Yes this above peson has posted personal photo's of my friends claiming I was them, seeks me out on topix and I have messages from him threatening me, and eveytime he comes on our hometown forum he starts trolling me and several others, I am in the process of taking legal action against him but what can i do in the meantime, he has been giver id and ip bannings but that works to no avail?

TM21, This poster from London is nothing but a super troll on the Pikeville KY forum. If someone disagrees with him, he starts name calling, threats, gay bashing, among other things. He has posted personal information on Outlaw with pics, addresses and has been banned according to the TOS. Even though he claims he is unfairly targeted, if you check ids deleted: Patrick Whitaker-TLH, The Profit Of Doom, Major Victory, MajOr Victory, among many others, he trolls the forum causing havoc and people are tired of his antics. He creates Polls and topics luring people to respond ESPECIALLY Outlaw. You can check out his posts in Atlanta GA too where he started again with Outlaw. Outlaw was nice conversations with several registered users then the troll started again with his antics. He will not leave certain people alone and many of the posts are still there as proof. The only people who back him are trolls themselves like River Tam.

He also calls anyone who disagrees with him a "HomoTroll". Everyone is gay in his eyes and he will start his sexual suggestions to with many of the users especially Outlaw. The proof is still there on the Pikeville and Atlanta Forums. He was banned many years ago from his hometown forum which Outlaw may can help me remember. He started crap there as well as had several ids listed/banned. He said in the past that Topix could not ban him and according to him, a Mod told him he has the right to say anything he wanted. We all know that was a lie. He even has gone as far now as posting PM's from other users on the forum to further instigate trouble. Again, the proof is all there in the Pikeville KY forum and will speak out against the troll with the London KY ISP.

Thank you Ice. This user will never change and has not in the last 4 years. I wish he could be banned so that the Pikeville forum would go back to normal with people posting intelligent conversations.

See what I mean? One post from me leads to this parade of Trolls that justify their own harassment and cyber bullying of someone. As for the incident of the picture, that's was because this person uploaded a filmed selection making threats about physically harming me and all I did was reveal the source acct. of the person that posted the You Tube video. This is an ongoing issue that has resulted in an armed confrontation at my home where I was being stalked by the person now using this ID "Outlaw" and whom ICE is aiding in his ongoing harassment and illegal activities targeting me on this site. This is the same wherever I post, a parade of cretins some whining, crying and lying in their ongoing efforts to cyber stalk, libelously defame / slander me and right here is the proof above for all to see.

P.S. - You would think that if I were the root cause of these problems I would not be approaching Mods both here and in Private E - Mails seeking help in combating these Trolls and attempting to curb their ceaseless harassment of me.
