This is total bull! First, the state of Texas would have to legalize it before individual counties! Second, Texas in my opinion will never do so. So all you potheads don't get your hopes high!

the government is pushing all these pounds out of del rio for a reason..its gettin hard to find regular bud..i proclaimed months ago they would so if it were to become legal or medical use we'd have no choice but to buy from the government..if it wouda turned legal under the past conditions itd be profit for mex..i dont think it will but the set up is matchin my prediction...

Its not gonna happen in texas. At least for 5 to 10 more years. Too many people don't do their own research, especially in a red state like this. They just believe any above the influence commercial they see. It's real sad but what can you do. The south isn't exactly the most enlightened part of the united states. The reason medical and recreational use should be legalized is as follows. The war on drugs is bad joke. It has not accomplished its goal of detering people from using, prohibition doesn't work, it isn't ethically permisssable to put people in jail, mostly minorities, for a plant that grows naturally and finally, alcohol and cigareettes are the leading cause of death in the u.s. next to cancer and heart disease. Please people look past the lies and seek the truth. If I can earn my bachelors degree while smoking weed then it might not be what the government has made it out to be.

I for dispenser here, Colorado did it so why dont we? Conservative and liberals support it elsewhere. Texas should grow hemp too. A rare opportunity to create a new industry LET DO IT RIGHT
