well folks you can have your own beliefs on what happened to kristy. but when the district attorney dances leisurely through the tulps and only files abuse charges against the two people whoamay have have thepower of death and gave a death penalty to a baby, kelsey, then they only are charge with abuse and given 27 and 30 years appiece then the arenot guilty of murder!! but at least one partispated in a murder. the evidence points that way does it not. one is guilty as hell of mursering that child. so you need to correct your writings and look at a gutless D.A. period. he should had better contol over the whole investigation frombeginning to end. I think he thought he had aslam dunk. every person that was there for and working this criminal investigation fell down on the job anf failed that child. also some other people need to be in jail with them for not bringing forth their testimony to DHS earlier about child abuse, then maybe,just maybe baby kelsey would be alive this day living a better life. these are just my thoughts and wonderings about the guiltinessof those involved in this whole dam investigation. how many feel guilt for not comung forward and possibly saing this child fronm the death sentence she was given by no jury and not recieving real true justice for the life that was taken from her, an innocent baby. why did you not come forward sooner??? a hard question being ask here, and only an honest answer is needed . you came forward to dam late for kelsey. I really get p.o. about this whole situation. I ask what do you think about these question and wonderings that come to me.

by the way, when GOD created man and women he gave them a brain to think with ,to make decisions with, good or bad decisions are going to always being made by people. the baby will and should be taken from the mother and given to a couple for adoption, and an eye kept on the couple to make sure no baby kepsey happens agin. knowing people, the same old people will continue to make the wrong decisions, as they do in their earlier years. the same happened in the life of baby kelsey. same bad decisions!! didn't it. wrote kristy instad of kesey above, sorry about that.
