It was postponed again "indefinitely." There was an article yesterday in the NWF Daily News-if you go to there website and search Eric's name you can find it. Evidently there is still a pending investigation which may result in further charges against Herman Walker.

It was just on the docket, it wasn't going to be heard the 24th. They could have set a trial date on the 24th but considering the circumstances I think this is a pretty good call. Both attorneys had to agree to continue it to the next docket. Now on the next docket day they will have to set for a hearing either with or without sups unless all parties including the judge think it should push back to the next docket. Heck any further investigation that will bring new charges against Mr. Walker is a good thing.

I agree 100%-I hope they file as many charges against Herman Walker as possible!!! He needs to be held accountable for his actions.

It's because of our comments that they wanted to push it back to begin with. Apparently somebody, somewhere, on HW's side is reading up on us...shhhh....dont tell them we think he is guilty as sin!

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Taurus

This is another day in which you should be monitoring the progress you've made so far with the festivities and deciding what has still to be done. You're operating very efficiently right now but you'll be even more effective if you can plan your time carefully, write lists of what you must buy or make, and be realistic about your capabilities. But don't expect to work miracles.
