I am so sad after reading this story....especially after reading that the poor baby went to die in his favorite chair. As a mother of one little boy I am so thankful that he is with me but my heart goes out to the family of little Benjamin. My thoughts and prayers go out to them.
As for the "Polish Princess" I have no sympathy for her...I hope she rots on jail and continues to rot in the fiery pits of hell someday...
Rot In Hell Bitch!!!!

I left that place after working there a short time due to the tragedies I witnessed daily. Never have I seen a more depressing, unethical place in my life. To all you parents out there, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put them in the care of Minee Subee. They have a "good" reputation (or did until now) but it's all bullshit! They just know how to play the game. My heart goes out to the family and friends of this poor sweet boy. I'll keep them in my prayers. As for the dumb bitch that caused this, I hope someone finds her and drops her on her head a few times!

We need to band together and create a new law in Benjamin Kingans name - Bens Law - we need to make it mandatory that cameras be placed in every daycare classroom around the country. Abuse such as this must end today. Lets email Nancy Grace and get her involved in passing this law to protect our little ones. Lets take our broken hearts for Benjamin and turn it into action!

God Bless the Kingan Family...my thoughts and prayers are with you. I agree with the other ex-employee of Minee Subee. The place is no place for a child. That place is run so poorly, and all the owners care about is the money that they collect so that they may continue to buy their tacky outfits. They need to use that money to buy some class if you ask me. I quit working there when I witness a child get hit. I reported the incident to the Director of Minee Subee, and nothing was done to this long time employee. I was beside myself with disbelief when no action was taken. They told me I had no proof...my proof was my eyes. This is a tragedy that they let happen...if they actually really cared about these kids little Benjamin would still be here today. The owners are so phony. When you go and visit the school, they will pull another person out of a different class so that they will seem as though they are in ratio, when all in all they never are in ratio. Maybe if they paid a decent wage, people would be more willing to work there and they wouldn't have to scramble around to pretend as though they are the perfect place. Please don't put your child in Minee Subee...there are way better places out there.

Please do not send your kids to Minee Subee daycare. I love kids but I had to stop working there because I did not want to be any part of the center based on mismanagement. The staff is overworked and underappreciated which can lead to a lot of stress. The state ratios were rarely met correctly. I know there are better day care centers out there, so PLEASE be careful where you place your kids.

I could not agree more with the ex minee subee employees. As a former manager I saw daily how the owner and her daughters run their schools. They care more about the money they can put in their own pockets than the children in their care. The amount of years in business doesn't mean they run quality centers it just shows they know how to play the game. They hire "bodies" rather than educated caring people to save money and the children suffer as a result. Although Mellissa passed her background check there must have been other red flags that a qualified teacher, assistant director, director, executive director, or even the owner should have seen if they spent the time in their schools classrooms like they should. As someone who has been in this business for over twenty years and have children of my own my heart goes out to this family and I only hope that this will be an eye opener for people to see centers like this for what they really are.

I love this idea. We need to get a hold of one of these ambitous senators and let them write the legislation for such a thing. That may save the next baby in day care from some of the sick people that work in them.

This is what happens when we let white trash take care of our most precious gifts. A person raised in a home filled with domestic violence should not be working in child care. If the day care owners had done a psych test on Melissa they would have know she was never fit to work there in the first place. But they hired her because they can get someone like her on the cheap. It's all about the almighty dollar.

I am so sad for little Ben and his family. I would love to have 5 minutes with this woman and she will know what hell feels like.
Who is Nancy Grace? Is she a lawyer? I would love to pitch in and help get "Ben's Law" passed! Cameras in daycare centers makes sense!!!
We cannot let Ben's death be in vain.

Nancy Grace is on CNN and is a lawyer. She has an hour long show on at night. She would be perfect to help. New Mom wrote: I am so sad for little Ben and his family. To all of you "Ex-Minee Subee" employees. Did you really think making complaints to the mgmt would yield any changes??? All of you should have reported what you saw to the authorities-local/state. Frankly, if you witnessed inappropriate, abusive and potentially life-threatening actions by care-givers at Minee Subee, and didn't contact police, then you all have blood on your hands. I couldn't agree more with the other former employees.I worked for this woman ,Judy Katz ,over 20 years ago and she is notorious for being a conniving liar. Her daughters were trained well ....because they are exactly as unethical as she is.I had never before seen such a greedy, self absorbed family as this one .Evil at its best. All about the almighty dollar.I remember when we worked overtime and NOT being paid for it.After the labor board investigated and we all received checks for back pay,.she had her daughter Michele go around and she TOLD all of us to not cash our back- pay checks and give them back to her! Not a chance! We cashed them in and there was hell to pay for disregarding their request. This is so minor compared to this horrific tragedy of this child's death...However an indication of their work ethic. She would always intimidate us and have us lie when the state or health dept. would visit.I always knew it was just a matter of time before it would get worse. This does not surprise me.God bless little Benjamin.I pray for his family.I hope justice prevails! Shut all their day care centers and put them out of business forever!Sue them for everything they have.
