All boys including the 13 year old need to be tried and punished as adults. By the age of 12 all morals and virtues have been instilled and this is what you carry with you through life. Society needs to stop making excuses for crimes such as this, regardless of age. The downfall of society today is the destruction of the family unit and the lack of religioun. Families do not sit down to dinner together anymore and communicate.Taking religion out of school began the demise of our youth. If society, regardless of age is to comit extreme crimes than the punishment should be just as extreme. Let them all be an example to todays youth.Do not prove you can get away with this behavior.
