Old Long John Silvers Restaurant

Does anyone know what will go up where the old LJS restaurant was? The papers on the door are permits for new electrical and plumbing work. I hope we get a nice business in!

Anybody besides me remember the old "Roadrunner" fast food restaurant in DP? I loved their breakfast sandwiches!!!

Heard LJS might be going in around Pasadena Blvd. and Red Bluff.

Yes , I remember W.T. Roadrunner. I used to eat their "steak" sandwiches.

I agree. I wish DP would get a Pappas BBQ. I do remember Roadrunner! I wish we would get a good steakhouse in DP, kind of like the Roadhouse. I agree, too many mexican food places around to choose from. Chick-fil-a or James Coney Island is a good idea, JHTK.

I grew up eating some of this type of food. It's ok, but takes some getting use to. I'm not talking about kabobs, but other things like lamb. I hope it does well.

personally do not think a big chain restaurant will make it in DP because no one will go on the wkends..esp sundays DP is DEAD!

I believe Chick-Fil-A is looking at the area where the new "Senior Center" is going...

Yeah! but I'm in Deer Park now...not just down the street. I have to make it a trip to get there and nothing has changed about the aweful parking.
