Blacks are bad neighbors

So where I live has been fairly quiet for over 5 years, only excitement was a car fire. Then a black family moved in. The cops have been here twice in 7 days and cars have been broken into. The other night the one son was banging at my door at 3am and showed signs of trying to kick it in (reflected in the police report). This never happened before! He likes to run around with a pistol, then says he's an "Iraq vet and is exempt", new one to me. Is it safe to say blacks are bad neighbors? I know it sounds racist, but at this point I don't care! Why does the crime rate suddenly go up when blacks move into a neighborhood? I'm just sayin, maybe a good time to move, like what happened to Detroit and other cities.

they are just bad people. It doesn't matter the color.

Who cares if it is racist. Blacks suck period. Some may be totally awesome but you have to think why do 90 percent or more act like total retards. Get a gun, dog, or learn self defense, don't make it easy for them to prey on you. You gotta be vigilant and aware of your surroundings in take note of who comes and goes through the neighborhood. Call code enforcement to make sure the house they are in is up to code, like once a month that might help have them removed. Once one black family moves in in 10-15 years the whole neighborhood will be turned to sh1t and you wont even be able to sell your house for 1000 if you own your home i would sell it now before they ruin the surrounding property values.

Just look at Detroit, flint, Gary indiana, kansas city, youngstown, DC, trenton, richmond va, Philly, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Cincinnati, topeka, memphis, st louis, compton, oakland, new jersey, chicago, atlanta, new orleans b4 katrina, tuskegee, buffalo, just to name a few. It starts when the african american population grows to over 20 percent. Then when the majority of elected officials are black then comes the rampant corruption, violence, and chaos. This has come to be known as Black Run America. There are many other factors to take note, like the war on drugs, high unemployment, poor education, cities in debt. Other things to consider, black on white crime barely makes the news, white on black crime makes national news.

you are keeping hate alive with these rants. Young people are very impressionable. You should try to be a more positive role model for our children. Even if others aren't.

I'm not disputing the facts. If someone does you wrong, hate them, not the race. I grew up on 7th st. I know how people can be. Now I'm older and I have black friends that are like family. Unless someone is set in their ways they will show you as much respect as you show them. No matter the color.

Blacks all around my house as well, use to be a nice place to live! They let their children run wild! Cars in and out all hours of the night! None of them work!

That sounds sort of like an annoying white family that used to live beside of me when I lived in an apartment. The younger male and female looked like anorexic emo people. They partied all night, fought, threatened each other, talked about drugs outside in public and threw garbage in the darn parking lot like it was a landfill. Anyway... People like that (of any color) are disgusting and they don't deserve a home to rent. They can sleep in an alley, as far as I'm concerned.
