It just gets worse, doesn't it? I pray to God to give her family strength and put this monster away forever. Poor Meredith, having to spend the last days of her life with this animal.

I am so very sorry that this happened to such a beautiful young woman with so much to offer the world. I am sure that Mr. Hilton will get what he deserves in the end.

I hope they do everything to him that he has done to everyone that he has killed. If the justice system worked liked that, we wouldn't have sickos like him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Merediths family & friends.

I am sick at this man Hilton. This girl did not deserve this, he is so sick, I am so mad that this man would even do this. My heart goes out to the family, and if the State of GA does not FRY this man now,I am going to be angry with the system. SONNY PURDUE DO YOUR THING AND GET RID OF THIS MAN! IF SONNY FAILS US, I hope and Pray that the Men in Prison take care of him. Get him out of this world, I don't want any penny of money to support this JERK.

Her body was found just a couple of miles from my home. This just creeps me out knowing that this sick and deranged bastard was that close to my family. I pray that he gets what he deserves, to be put to death. Dawson County is not a good place to get into trouble. It is one place where we still can get justice. The judges in this area are tough.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY. HE NEEDS TO BE DECAPITATED WHILE HE'S STILL ALIVE. AUTHORITIES SHOULD NEVER HAVE MADE A DEAL NOT TO SEEK THE DEATH PENALTY. THE EMERSON FAMILY SHOULD BE ABLE TO KILL HIM THEMSELVES. I FEEL FOR HER FAMILY AND WISH THIS NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. HOPEFULLY WHEN HE GETS SENTENCED TO LIFE SOMEONE WILL KILL HIM IN JAIL. I am sorry but I think you should refer to the victim as Miss Meredith Emerson each and every time and HIM as simply Gary Hilton. How on earth can he command the title of Mr.(which is normally a title of respect) when poor Miss Emerson is referred to all but one time without a title?

How can someone do this and then say I will help you find the girl that I DECAPITATED but only if you promise that you wont kill ME! Yeah I killed her but you can't kill me! OK? This world is just screwed up when someone can get away with this. I am glad to know that I have ways of handling this situation if it ever came about in my family! But unfortunately some do not have that luxury!

I also live a couple of miles from Dawson Forest. I was at the Kroger store one hour before her dog showed up there. It creeps me out thinking this SOB was roaming around here.
He made a deal to not have the death penalty. What they should do is just release him. make an announcement that he will be released at midnight this Saturday night. He would be taken care of. All of that said...God bless this family. I can't imagine what it must be like to go through something like this. |

I cannot believe that someone could do something like this. Gary Hilton is a sick, sick man. Meredith Emerson is in my thoughts. She was a very beautiful young woman and just a few years younger than my twin sisters. Death would be too nice for Gary Hilton.

"Is the jail nice?" I hope everyone there is "nice" to him. I cannot imagine what this family is going through. I know people who have lost their children in accidents, etc. but having to deal or come to terms with how she died would be more than I could take. I hope the family finds the strength the need. |
