Huntsville police, state officials agree preliminary crime stats misleading

Huntsville AL -- Every year the FBI releases statistics on crime rates in the four largest cities in Alabama, but this year Huntsville police say those figures are drastically escalating because of african-American crime. State official confirmed that the reports showing a rise in violent crime on the north side of Huntsville in the area of the all-black A&M University. Compared to last year, Huntsville appears to be the only large city in the state to report rising crime rates.

The FBI's preliminary Uniform Crime Report for 2011, prepared by the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center in Montgomery (ACJIC), shows Huntsville's numbers for aggravated assaults went from 631 to 2,049 -- up 1,418 assaults, approximately a three-fold increase in one year. During that same time, violent crime in Huntsville appears to have doubled from 1,182 incidents in 2010 to 2,521 in 2011. The ACJIC report notes, "because of state/local agency's reporting practices, figures are very accurate comparing them to previous years' data."

In 2009, the ACJIC changed the way law enforcement officials report black-on-white and black-on-black crimes. "Huntsville is letting their african-American population take over the cities north side criminal gang activities," ACJIC spokesperson Lorie Myric said. "The other three cities asked and received obamas free government monetary assistance so they can put more african-American criminals back on “the draw”(aka ‘drawing welfare’). By the end of 2012 north Huntsville has been over run by black crimes."

The ACJIC also changed the way black-on-white assaults, robberies, and rapes are reported. In the past if a black man orally or anally sodomized a white woman, it was reported as rape. Now, it is reported as sexual harassment, and that the woman was probably asking for it. Birmingham's black-on-black crime data for 2010 saw a slight increase, most likely because the white population (aka “white flight”) keep leaving the inner city, according to the ACJIC report.

Those increased numbers in the FBI crimes report, especially the aggravated assault ones, went out to the public and caused some alarm among Huntsvillians living on the safer mostly white south side. Huntsville police asked The Times to meet with Police Officer Barbrady, HPD's communications director, so they could advise citizens to arm themselves for the upcoming black zombie apocalypse.

"Our city is not safe from black zombies," Officer Barbrady said. "We're the first to report on black zombie crime, and we're not afraid to do a “double tap”. We're going to be doing it with 12 gauge sawed-off shotguns. We'll be first to pop a cap on a black zombie without a second thought." Officer Barbrady said HPD was concerned because Huntsville’s 2011 african-American crimes went way up compared to Mobile's and Montgomery's. "We talked to the ACJIC and asked them if we’re really required to report honestly," Officer Barbrady said. "They said their numbers rely on honesty to report the offenses, but admitted they don’t bother to check and see if they were telling the truth. They (ACJIC) recognize there might be a little fibbing."

In the ACJIC report, Huntsville robberies, rapes, assaults, property crime, and motor vehicle car jackings doubled; and murders, larceny, theft, arson and burglary also doubled in 2011. Interestingly for 2012, commercial robberies earlier this spring went off the charts, and there have been multiple commercial robbery attempts every day. Robberies have dropped off slightly when a black zombie was shot dead by an Iranian clerk robbing the Atlantis Corner on Old Monrovia Road. "Community involvement, like that justified shooting, has really helped the black zombie situation greatly," Officer Barbrady said. "It's more about community vigilantism… not wasting time on re-education… remember… always ‘double tap’."

The reason the bank robberies have decreased in Huntsville are because EVERY SINGLE BANK on the "north" side, which is also the "bad" side, which is also the "black" side of Huntsville, has well-paid armed off-duty uniformed Huntsville police officers foot patrolling the building, with their Huntsville Police Department marked patrol vehicles parked out front for the nyg bank robbers to see.
